How does the AI receptionist work? Renous answers your business phone around the clock, has natural conversations with your callers, answers questions from the documents you provide, books and reschedules appointments against your availability, and takes messages when a caller needs you personally.
Where do appointments go? Every booking lands in your Renous calendar automatically. Connect your Google account and bookings sync to your Google Calendar as well.
How do accounts and billing work? Accounts and subscriptions are created and managed at renous.ai. The mobile app is the companion for existing customers. Sign in with the same account to see your calls, messages, and appointments.
Something looks wrong with my number or calls? Email us, or send a service request from Profile in the app or dashboard. It goes straight to our team with your account attached.
